Sonata Problem Vice President

Voice Part: Alto

As Vice President of the group, this will be Tanya’s third year in Sonata Problem. She has been in choir since the fifth grade, and not a day goes by where she doesn’t sing. It helps her relax and take on the daily stress we all encounter. She is extremely involved on campus, such as being the Service and Fundraising Chair for Blue Key Honor Society, being a First Year Mentor, and a Cardinal First Ambassador. Tanya believes that music is the mirror of the soul, and to give it up would mean to not show your reflection and be free. In high school, she was also a part of the MadriGals choir and a member of the Tri-M Music Honors Society. She has always wanted to give theatre a shot, but her passion for basketball and volleyball always overlapped. In her free time, she loves to play guitar, workout, or hang out with her friends. Tanya cannot wait to make music, memories, and become even closer with the Sonata family!
